How can I send you a print job?
You can setup a free account to upload your work immediately. If you are unsure of how to use our online system, you can call us at 866-668-1603 and a sales rep will help you get started!
Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
No. All our prices include full bleeds free of charge. The bleeds should be 1/8" all around.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Go to the Login page and choose forgot password. Your login info will be emailed to you.
What is the difference between Aqueous coating and UV coating?
Aqueous coating is water based and environmentally friendly. It is not a glossy at UV but it also is not detrimental to the environment. UV coating is a chemical based coating that takes longer to dry but has a much higher gloss than Aqueous.
Can we split an order up with different names?
Unfortunately no. For Example: A customer wants to order 5000 business cards, but wants a different name for each 1000. Due to the nature of Gang Run Printing this cannot be done. The customer would have to order 1000 business cards for each name.
How is my order shipped?
UPS is our shipping provider.
What type of payments do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Our online payment processor is PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to place a order?
No. PayPal allows non PayPal members to make payments easily and securely. When you get to PayPal's payment you have the choice to use your PayPal account if you have one or just make the payment using a credit card.
Can I send my files on CD or DVD?

What file formats do you accept?
Photoshop, PDF, Indesign, Publisher, Quark.
What is the difference between Aqueous coating and UV coating?
UV coating is a very high gloss laminate coating. UV will really bring out the colors and stand out. Please note that UV coating cannot be applied to the backside of postcards when you are using them for direct mail, because the post office cannot print on them.
Aqueous coating is water based and is not as glossy as UV, but has gloss sheen.
How do I prepare my artwork for printing?
All files should have a resolution of 300dpi, and the color format should be in CYMK not RGB. This will insure that your file is printed correctly and accurately. If your image will be all the way to the edge of the paper you must add .125" to the size of your document.
**Refund Policy**
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify us (Fraction 8 Inc.) within 7 business days of receiving order to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 7 days from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.
